Connect PestMetry to the tools
your operation already runs on.
Pest, sanitation, and facility data belongs everywhere your team makes decisions — not stuck in a silo. PestMetry ships with a full REST API, signed webhooks, and native connectors for WMS, ERP, analytics, communication, and identity platforms.
Connector catalog
Every system that touches your facility
Warehouse Management (WMS)
Sync facility, zone, aisle, and pick-slot hierarchies so every pest incident, cleaning, and work order is tied to the exact location your operations team already uses.
ERP & Business Systems
Push work order costs, corrective-action spend, and vendor activity into the ERP that owns your financial system of record.
3PL & TMS
Share sanitation and pest activity across contract-warehouse tenants, brand owners, and inbound carrier programs.
Communication & Alerts
Route pest sightings, overdue work orders, and inspection findings straight into the channels your team lives in.
Analytics & BI
Stream normalized pest, sanitation, and inspection data into your data warehouse or BI tool for cross-facility benchmarking.
Food Safety & QMS
Feed pest and sanitation records into your quality management, HACCP, or audit-prep systems used when preparing for SQF, BRCGS, or FSMA audits.
Identity & SSO
Centralize access control with your existing identity provider using SAML 2.0. Configuration is assisted by our team.
Calendar & Scheduling
Pull inspections, cleaning cycles, and preventive service schedules through the REST API to feed the calendars your operators already check.
Storage & Documents
Attach blueprints, inspection PDFs, photos, and audit exports to the storage system your organization already trusts.
Automation Platforms
Trigger low-code workflows from any PestMetry event — incidents created, work orders closed, thresholds breached.
Spreadsheets & Reporting
One-click CSV and XLSX exports for every incident log, sanitation record, device inspection, and work order.
Monitoring & On-Call
Escalate critical pest activity, missed inspections, or SLA breaches into the paging systems your on-call rotation uses.
Developer platform
Built for engineers who ship
Everything you need to embed PestMetry into your operational stack — documented, versioned, and enterprise-ready.
REST API
Fully documented JSON REST API covering facilities, pick slots, incidents, work orders, cleanings, and inspections. Predictable resource URLs, cursor pagination, and versioned endpoints.
Signed Webhooks
Subscribe to events like incident.created, work_order.completed, and inspection.overdue. Every payload is signed with HMAC-SHA256 so your receiver can verify authenticity.
Scoped API Keys
Issue keys per integration with least-privilege scopes, expiration windows, and per-key audit trails. Rotate or revoke at any time from the workspace settings.
Single Sign-On
Google Workspace sign-in for every workspace, plus SAML 2.0 configuration for Enterprise workspaces with assisted setup from our team.
Bulk Export
Export incidents, sanitation records, cleaning schedules, and work orders to CSV at any time, and schedule recurring reports delivered by email.
Rich Incident Detail
Pest incidents, work orders, and cleaning records carry structured detail — findings, severity, mapped location, devices, and corrective actions — and flow through the API and webhooks so your integrations stay in sync.
How it works
From API key to production in an afternoon
Generate an API key
Create a scoped key in Company Settings → API Keys. Choose read-only or read/write and limit access to the resources your integration actually needs.
Call the REST API
Authenticate with your key and hit endpoints like /v1/incidents, /v1/work-orders, /v1/facilities, and /v1/cleanings. Full reference lives in the developer docs.
Subscribe to webhooks
Register an endpoint, pick the events you care about, and verify signatures with your signing secret. Delivery retries and event history are built in.
Go live
Move from a test workspace to production with the same integration code. Monitor delivery health and rotate keys without downtime.
We build custom integrations for enterprise customers.
If your team relies on a homegrown WMS, a proprietary QMS, or a legacy audit platform, our integrations team will scope, build, and support a connector as part of your rollout.
